About Me

Hello! My name is Jessie Miller.  I am an actress, dancer, singer and stage manager originally from Long Island NY.  When I was little I was obsessed with ballerinas, so my mom put me in ballet class right away.  I did my first theatrical performance shortly afterwards.  From then on performing became an essential part of my life.  I was constantly dancing, singing, acting in school plays and at summer camp, playing the flute in the school band, etc.  Fast forward a couple of years and I have graduated with my BFA in Theatre Performance from SUNY University at Buffalo and now work in professional theatre.  Along with performing, I have done extensive work behind the scenes for many shows in college with stage management, design, and stage crew.  Helping out incoming students to the BFA program at UB, has also sparked my love for teaching theatre and dance for people of all ages.  In my spare time you can catch me watching classic movies and painting original work as well as fan art.
